At the Mitchell Agency, we’re expanding and looking for full-time Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our high-performing team. This is a remote sales role where your drive, discipline, and competitive edge directly impact your income.

What You’ll Do

What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred but not required)

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales tools

  • Prior lead generation experience is a plus
