  • Drive Collaborative Business Planning: Foster partnerships across intermediaries and omnichannel platforms to identify opportunities, resolve challenges, and drive results for mutual success.

  • Innovate with Bottling Partners and Distributors: Partner with Coca-Cola North America bottlers and distributors to ensure alignment between intermediaries, omnichannel priorities, and distribution.

Cross-Functional and Ecosystem Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Digital Agenda: Champion ecommerce best practices across the organization while focusing on aligning efforts with consumer shopping behavior trends.

  • Deliver Operational Excellence: Remove barriers to execution through agile initiatives, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction across all platforms.

Key Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 8 years of sales leadership experience within the beverage or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry, with significant exposure to Amazon, Intermediaries, and Omnichannel platforms.

  • Digital Expertise: Deep understanding of ecommerce platforms, shopper behavior analytics, and customer growth strategies across digital ecosystems.

  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, spearhead complex projects, and deliver results in a dynamic and competitive market.

  • Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data insights and translate them into scalable strategies for growth.

  • Strategic Problem-Solving: Ability to address challenges through collaboration, innovation, and solutions-focused approaches.

  • Relationship Management: Expertise in fostering and enhancing partnerships with decision-makers across Amazon, intermediaries, omnichannel platforms, and distributors.

Travel Requirements:
This role requires up to 25% travel.

What We Can Do For You:

  • Iconic & Innovative Brands: Represent some of the world’s most loved brands like Coca-Cola, Simply, Fairlife, and Topo Chico across growing digital ecosystems.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
