Who we are

We're a leading, global security authority that's disrupting our own category.  Our encryption is trusted by the major ecommerce brands, the world's largest companies, the major cloud providers, entire country financial systems, entire internets of things and even down to the little things like surgically embedded pacemakers.  We help companies put trust - an abstract idea - to work. That's digital trust for the real world.

Job summary

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Enablement Manager to join our growing team and support enablement efforts across the APJ region as well as provide enablement for our channel/partners teams globally.  This role requires someone with both sales and sales enablement or coaching experience, who brings a strong presence in facilitation—both in-person and virtually. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, are passionate about helping others succeed, and excel at bringing structure to ambiguity, we’d love to meet you. Shift: 12-8PM PST / 1-9PM CST / 2/10PM EST

What you will do

  • Design, deliver, and continuously improve enablement programs tailored for sellers and sales leaders in the APJ region.
  • Provide enablement support to channel/partner teams, helping drive indirect sales effectiveness.
  • Facilitate engaging live training sessions (in-person and Zoom) to drive behavior change and performance improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with regional sales leaders to identify needs, gather feedback, and align enablement efforts with business goals.
  • Act as a trusted coach to sales professionals, helping them develop skills in messaging, discovery, deal execution, and pipeline generation.
  • Create scalable, repeatable enablement content and frameworks with attention to detail and consistency.
  • Support onboarding of new hires and ongoing development of existing reps.
  • Contribute to global enablement initiatives with a regional lens, customizing content and delivery as needed.

What you will have

  • 2+ years of experience in sales enablement or sales coaching.
  • Proven experience in facilitating training sessions in live classroom settings and virtually over platforms like Zoom.
  • Comfortable working flexible hours to support teams across multiple time zones, especially in the APJ region.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to think critically, creatively, and adapt in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Collaborative spirit with a willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
  • A growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning and helping others grow.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting channel/partner enablement initiatives.
  • Background working in startups or high-growth companies with a bias toward fast, results-driven execution.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPIN, Sandler, etc.) and enablement tools (e.g., Highspot, Gong, Salesforce, etc).

What you will bring to the team

You are:

  • A natural facilitator and coach who energizes a room and drives meaningful discussions.
  • Someone who takes ownership and follows through without being micromanaged.
  • Detail-oriented, but never loses sight of the big picture.
  • Curious, empathetic, and genuinely interested in helping sales teams succeed.
  • Flexible, resourceful, and resilient in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
