The Role

Texada is seeking our next Sales Enablement Specialist to drive sales readiness, turning positioning and proof into shorter sales cycles and more wins. Sales enablement matters when it changes outcomes. This role will change sales outcomes for Texada. You’ll build the onboarding, certification, and content programs that get sales, customer success, and sales development reps productive faster. You'll work closely with Product Marketing and Sales/Customer Success leadership, turning positioning and product knowledge into what reps actually say and do. For someone with enablement or sales-adjacent experience, this is a chance to own the full function rather than one slice of it.

Work location and travel
  • Remote/hybrid (primarily remote work with occasional travel to Mississauga office), with minimal travel outside of occasional sales kickoffs or team events.
  • Candidates should be authorized to work in Canada without restriction or sponsorship.
What You'll Own

Sales & Customer Success Onboarding & Certification

  • Design and deliver structured 30-60-90 day onboarding programs that reduce time-to-first-deal and time-to-quota productivity
  • Build role-based certification paths tied to product knowledge, sales methodology (MEDDPICC), and objection handling
  • Maintain onboarding scorecards and continuously optimize based on ramp performance data

Sales & Customer Success Play Development & Execution Support

  • Operationalize sales plays for new logo acquisition, expansion, and competitive displacement—including talk tracks, discovery frameworks, and demo flows
  • Equip sellers with repeatable frameworks for multi-threading, economic buyer engagement, and competitive positioning
  • Partner with Product Marketing to translate positioning into field-ready enablement assets

Deal Qualification & Inspection Enablement

  • Train sales teams on consistent application of MEDDPICC and other qualification frameworks
  • Build inspection tools (e.g., deal review templates, QBR readiness checklists) that surface pipeline risk and coaching opportunities
  • Enable managers to conduct higher-quality pipeline reviews and forecast calls through standardized deal inspection criteria

Sales & Customer Success Knowledge System & AI Enablement

  • Build and own Texada's sales enablement knowledge base — a single, structured source of truth for positioning, proof points, competitive intelligence, pricing, and product capability across CRM, rentals, service, parts, and fleet
  • Stand up and continuously tune an AI assistant on top of that knowledge base so any seller can ask a question mid-deal and get the right answer in seconds
  • Own content governance: what gets published, what gets refreshed each release, and what gets retired, so the assistant stays accurate as the product moves
  • Measure and drive adoption — query volume, answer quality, and where the assistant fails, which becomes the roadmap for the next content investment

Performance Measurement & Continuous Improvement

  • Track and report on key enablement metrics: onboarding ramp time, certification completion, pipeline quality scores, and stage-to-stage conversion rates
  • Iterate on programs based on win/loss analysis, deal inspection findings, and frontline feedback
What Success Looks Like
  • Time-to-ramp: New Sales/Customer Success reps reach 50% of quota productivity within 90 days and full productivity within 120 days
  • Win rates: Year-over-year improvement in win rates for target segments (new logo, expansion, competitive)
  • Sales play adoption: 80%+ of Sales/Customer Success reps consistently apply core plays in target deal scenarios
  • AI Assistant Adoption: Majority of Sales/Customer Success querying weekly within two quarters of launch, with a defined share of questions resolved without escalation.
What We're Looking For
  • 4-6 years in sales enablement, sales ops, customer success, or quota-carrying sales at a B2B SaaS company. Account Executive or Sales Development experience is a strong plus
  • Hands-on experience using a sales methodology (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger), not just familiarity with the framework
  • Experience with onboarding or certification programs reps actually use
  • Experience translating product marketing positioning into sales assets and messaging
  • Hands-on experience structuring content for AI retrieval and building or tuning an AI assistant or knowledge tool in a GTM setting, including practical prompt design.

How to grab our attention

  • Tell us about an enablement program that changed how a team ran deals, and how you knew it worked.
  • Show us an onboarding or certification program you built, and how it changed ramp time.
  • Share how you've measured enablement impact beyond training completion rates.
  • Show us a knowledge base or AI assistant you built and how people actually used it.

Competencies for Success

  • Content craft — turns positioning into a sharp, usable rep asset quickly, not just consumes content someone else built.
  • Sales credibility — builds credible onboarding programs that deliver productivity. Reps trust this person to help them win.
  • Methodology-based coaching — helps reps to apply a sales framework to actually sharpen how a rep runs a deal, not just teaches it.
  • Cross-functional collaboration — bridges Sales and Product Marketing naturally, in both directions.
  • Project management — runs multiple enablement workstreams against a release cadence.
Our Core Values
  • Purposeful, Passionate, and Proud — Making a difference for our industry, our customers, and each other.
  • Innovators & Learners — We try new things. As long as we're learning, we're succeeding.
  • Driven to Improve, Not to Be Perfect — "Most Improved" is our favorite award.
  • Delivering our Long-term Vision Today — A long-term vision, brought to life now.
  • PowerfulTogether — Different people, different cultures, stronger together.

Texada is committed to equal employment opportunities regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender, gender identity or expression, or veteran status. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
