Job Description

Our business purpose:

We are a purpose-driven team delivering life-changing clarity through precision diagnostics, enabling earlier, more confident decisions in the fight against diseases such as Alzheimer’s, cardiovascular conditions, and cancer. By bringing together radiopharmaceuticals and PET imaging infrastructure, we help expand access to precision diagnostics for providers, health systems, and most importantly, patients. Behind every scan is a heartbeat, and behind every heartbeat is a story. We treat each one like it matters.

Who thrives here:

You’ll thrive here if you care deeply about your teammates, the people we serve, and doing what’s right, even when it’s hard. You bring curiosity, structured thinking, and disciplined execution, with the confidence to bring a point of view and ask challenging questions. You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity, turning complexity into practical solutions, and collaborating across boundaries. You go deep to understand the business while thinking broadly about how what works can be shared and scaled.

Sales Excellence Business Partner (BP)

The Sales Excellence Business Partner (BP) is a strategic advisor and execution partner to senior sales leadership, connecting commercial strategy with disciplined field execution. The BP builds and continuously improves the commercial operating system that enables sales leaders and sellers to execute with greater clarity, visibility, discipline, and confidence.

As a proactive thought partner, the BP brings a Sales Excellence perspective to business decisions, constructively challenges assumptions, and assesses the operational readiness of commercial and go-to-market (GTM) strategies. Once decisions are made, the BP translates priorities into practical, scalable processes, capabilities, tools, insights, and operating mechanisms that drive sustained execution.

The BP goes deep within the franchise while building with scale in mind, solving for business needs while leveraging proven practices and identifying solutions that can be shared, standardized, or scaled across the broader organization.

Responsibilities for this highly visible role include, but are not limited to:
Build & Improve the Commercial Operating System

  • Develop a deep understanding of the franchise, customers, market dynamics, growth priorities, and field realities to anticipate business needs.
  • Define and reinforce sales standards, processes, standard work, KPIs, and operating rhythms that establish what good looks like.
  • Translate commercial and GTM strategies and priorities into executable sales motions (e.g. new customers, referral business, renewals), field priorities, capabilities, tools, and performance measures.
  • Assess operational readiness and partner cross-functionally to shape capabilities across Salesforce, analytics, incentive compensation, training, and other areas critical to field execution.
  • Continuously improve solutions based on business needs and execution performance, sharing best practices that can be standardized or scaled across franchises.

Create Visibility & Enable Better Decisions

  • Define and operationalize leading and lagging KPIs that answer critical business questions, such as customer segmentation, pipeline creation, deal velocity, conversion rate, and forecast accuracy.
  • Translate business questions and data into actionable insights and forward-looking visibility into performance, risks, opportunities, and progress toward targets.
  • Detect deviations from plans and standards early, diagnose root causes, and recommend actions that enable better, data-driven decisions.

Drive Execution Discipline & Continuous Improvement

  • Own and reinforce the sales operating cadence across pipeline, forecast, performance, account, and territory reviews.
  • Ensure business reviews drive decisions, actions, accountability, and follow-through, not simply reporting.
  • Monitor Salesforce adoption, data quality, pipeline and forecast health, and execution against standards; identify gaps and drive corrective action.
  • Coach leaders and sellers on effective use of sales processes, tools, analytics, and standard work, driving sustained adoption through reinforcement and continuous improvement.

Strategic Partnership & Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Operate as a trusted partner within the franchise leadership team, bringing a proactive Sales Excellence perspective, constructively challenging thinking, and translating decisions into field execution.
  • Serve as the voice of the franchise in shaping broader commercial capabilities while leveraging and sharing best practices across the organization.
  • Lead through influence to align cross-functional partners, such as Marketing, Product and Program Management, Supply Chain, Customer Experience, and Training, around shared outcomes, success metrics, and operating principles.
  • Help shape capabilities such as capacity planning, incentive compensation design, territory alignment, and quota planning based on franchise strategy and selling motions.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in Sales Operations, Sales Excellence, or Commercial Operations, with meaningful experience supporting complex sales organizations.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of best-in-class sales structures, processes, methodologies, and operating models, with the ability to adapt proven practices to different business contexts.
  • Strong end-to-end understanding of sales processes, including GTM execution, pipeline and forecast management, account and territory management, operating cadence, and performance management.
  • Demonstrated ability to structure and build scalable sales processes, capabilities, KPIs, standard work, and operating mechanisms, balancing franchise needs with solutions that can be replicated or scaled.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with proficiency in Salesforce and Power BI and the ability to leverage data and AI to investigate business questions, perform ad hoc analysis, diagnose root causes, and translate insights into actionable recommendations while applying sound judgment and critical thinking.
  • Strong business acumen, structured thinking, executive communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to partner with senior leaders, constructively challenge, navigate ambiguity, and drive cross-functional initiatives through adoption.
  • Experience in pharmaceuticals, radiopharmaceuticals, or healthcare businesses with similar commercial models and selling motions is preferred.
