The Sales Executive will identify and pursue new SMB business opportunities, manage the full sales cycle, and collaborate with various stakeholders to exceed sales targets.

Why is this role important to Field Nation?
The Business Development Manager will be the catalyst for connecting Field Nation to new clients in the SMB territory. By developing new business through prospecting, generating appointments with senior level decision makers, and converting prospects to customers, this person will play a large role in continuing Field Nation’s expansion. This position offers the chance to work in a fast-paced, high growth environment where new ideas are encouraged and collaboration is a must.
What you'll get to do:
- Proactively identify and pursue new SMB business opportunities, engaging C-level and operational stakeholders to drive partnerships.
- Understand customer needs and communicate how our platform enhances operational efficiency and field services delivery.
- Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting through acquisition—ensuring a smooth handoff to the Implementation Team.
- Contribute to product and service strategy by sharing market insights and staying current on industry challenges and solutions.
- Consistently exceed sales targets through strategic value selling, ongoing learning.
- Up to 25% travel as needed.
You might be a good fit if you have:
- 2–3 years of successful B2B SaaS sales experience with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota.
- Skilled in consultative selling and challenging prospects to think differently, securing multi-level buy-in from executives to end users.
- Proven ability to prospect, develop greenfield accounts, and add new logos using tools like ZoomInfo, Outreach, Salesforce, and more.
- Strong communicator with effective outreach, personalized messaging, and cross-functional collaboration to support customer goals.
- Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments with a strong sense of urgency, adaptability, and self-motivation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred.
