Essential Responsibilities:
- Assist with request intake and prioritization of incoming analytics requests from multiple cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Industry Leads, Marketing, Sales Leadership) to ensure alignment with defined priorities and delivery timelines to deliver high-impact insights.
- Assist in maintenance and enhancement of operational sales dashboards to provide visibility into sales performance, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy by accessing the data warehouse and self-service semantic models.
- Conduct routine pipeline analyses, including conversion rates, velocity metrics, and win/loss studies to identify trends and process improvements.
- Collaborate with the Senior Analyst to support data quality and integrity within the data warehouse, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and other sales systems
- Leverage previous industry experience to work with industry teams, providing routine and recurring sales intelligence that aligns with specific market segments and internal client needs.
- Execute standard processes for sales data extraction and transformation while suggesting refinements to improve accuracy.
- Translate data analyses into clear standard visualizations and reports for stakeholders, ensuring complex data is accessible to non-technical audiences.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business analytics, statistics, economics, data science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience working within the Professional Services, Accounting, Advisory, or Consulting industries.
- 2-4 years of experience in data analytics, sales intelligence, go-to-market reporting, or business intelligence.
- Proficiency in SQL for database querying and data transformation.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar CRM platforms.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (Power Query, formulas, data visualization)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using Python for data manipulation or automation.
- Experience building self-service semantic models in Power BI, Snowflake, Databricks or Fabric (supporting and extending existing models, DAX, composite models, calculation groups).
- Experience leveraging AI to develop more efficient processes and analysis.
Skills & Abilities:
- Ability to synthesize datasets into clear narratives for the immediate team.
- Demonstrated aptitude for quickly learning new tools and navigating a rapidly evolving tech stack.
- Ability to balance independent task execution with appropriate escalation, seeking guidance when requirements, data quality, or expected outcomes are unclear or when broader impact may exist.
- Ability to support cross functional teams and work effectively as a bridge between technical data teams and front-line business/sales stakeholders.
