The Opportunity…
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Medicare Call Center Sales Manager to lead our sales team in providing exceptional service and driving sales performance in the Medicare insurance sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives in a high-volume call center environment, ensuring compliance with regulations, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will be detail-orientated, have a strong background in Medicare sales and excellent leadership skills.
How You’ll Contribute…
- Lead and support a team of licensed insurance agents in a virtual call center, providing guidance and motivation to drive sales performance while fostering an inclusive and engaging team culture.
- Monitor sales metrics and performance indicators, analyzing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Ensure completion of all daily administrative tasks, including attendance tracking, HR and training compliance, and coordination with Workforce Management (WFM) to optimize call-center performance.
- Lead daily and weekly team meetings (based on season) to drive performance, share organizational updates, and provide intra-day coaching and feedback as needed.
- Monitor KPIs aligned with performance improvement plan policies, including performance, attendance, quality, and compliance, following the established business cadence.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, including CMS guidelines and Medicare marketing rules, to maintain the integrity of sales practices and uphold ethical standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including quality, compliance, and operations, to support sales initiatives and drive business objectives.
- Stay informed about changes in Medicare regulations, industry trends, and competitive landscape to adapt sales strategies and tactics accordingly.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and a customer-centric approach to sales.
What We’re Looking For…
- This individual must reside in one of the following states: TX, FL, UT, AZ, IN, NC, GA, or TN
- Must maintain insurance license and Medicare certified
- Minimum of two years of leadership and Medicare sales experience required
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and inspire
- Passionate about agent development with servant leadership mindset
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Team-oriented with a big-picture mindset, while also being self-motivated and independent
- Ability to take ownership of responsibilities and drive results
