What makes you a great fit
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in sales or business development within the mobile/online marketing or ad-tech industry
  • Solid understanding of the app marketing ecosystem, user acquisition, performance marketing, and app monetization
  • Genuine industry connections and the ability to quickly build trust with clients and partners
  • Experience managing large customer portfolios and handling full sales cycles (prospecting to closing)
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • High proficiency in English (both oral and written); additional languages are a strong plus
  • Independent, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for key industry conferences and important client meetings
Your day-to-day in this position
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the client base and revenue across mobile app marketing channels
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through multiple channels, including outbound outreach, networking, and industry events
  • Initiate, structure, and negotiate impactful partnerships with direct advertisers and premium traffic sources
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in the ad-tech space to refine our offerings
  • Collaborate with internal teams (traffic, account management, and marketing) to ensure smooth campaign execution and maximum client satisfaction
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly KPIs and sales targets while delivering accurate forecasts and reports to leadership
