Location:

This role is remote and will require ~3 days per week of car travel throughout designated territories in Washington and Oregon (Seattle/Tacoma/Portand).

What you’d be doing:

  • Develop a territorial sales plan
  • Track production and develop strategies to optimize processes and results
  • Expand sales and agency engagement through increased quotation volume and close ratios
  • Collect market and customer feedback to ensure we continues to be a responsive service provider
  • Consistent documentation in the company’s CRM system including but not limited to sales lead tracking, documenting Sales Meetings, Video Calls, Telephone Conversations and Email Correspondence.
  • Execute marketing initiatives to advance SageSure’s visibility and market position
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure territorial success (e.g. underwriting, marketing, policy services)
  • Track and report sales updates on a weekly basis
  • Meet with producers both in the field and through remote channels
  • Participate in trade show and industry events

 We’re looking for someone who has:

  • 5+ years of territory management, sales, agency or underwriting experience in the Property & Casualty field
  • Agency Management/Company Representation Experience
  • Has proven success in establishing and executing a production plan, exceeding new business sales goals and the ability to grow and manage a sales region
  • Works independently and excels at time management
  • Lives within the designated territory (Seattle/Tacoma, WA), has reliable transportation, a clean driving record and the ability to travel on a regular basis
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

 Highly preferred candidates also have:

  • An agent license and/or professional designation
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
  • Salesforce experience
  • Earthquake product experience
