WILL YOU JOIN OUR TEAM?

Oscar Mobility is redefining car rental globally. With 600+ locations across Europe (Denmark, the Netherlands, Spain, Germany, and Belgium) and the US, we are scaling fast and rewriting the rules of mobility. Our asset-light, data-driven platform enables car dealerships to unlock new revenue streams, turning idle vehicles into profitable rental and subscription services.

Following a successful proof-of-concept phase in Wisconsin, we are expanding our U.S. operations. We require a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our business development and partner success efforts. This role requires an active, mobile professional with a strong background in sales.

You will work in close strategic alignment with our Mid-West Area Manager and COO to scale our presence within Wisconsin and lay the groundwork for entry into future states. Your feedback from the field will directly influence our national growth strategy.

Are you interested in working with a great team and would you like to help us grow our company?

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sign New Rental Partners: Identify, pitch, and "sell-in" the Oscar concept to car dealerships and workshops, managing the process from first contact to signed contract.
  • Onboarding & Expansion: Lead the end-to-end onboarding of new locations to ensure a seamless launch.
  • Partner Success: Serve as the primary point of contact for active partners, proactively communicating to ensure they are getting maximum value from the Oscar platform.
  • Strategic Feedback: Act as the "eyes and ears" on the ground - collecting field insights to help our leadership team improve the product for the American market.
  • Continuous Improvement: Visit active locations regularly to stimulate growth, provide support, and build lasting professional ties.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Proven Hunter: You have a track record of building pipelines and closing deals, ideally in automotive, mobility, or franchise expansion.
  • Can-Do Mindset: You are energized by the idea of being a foundational member of a growing organization.
  • Strong Relationship Builder: You know how to build trust with business owners and long-term partners.
  • Problem Solver: You are result-oriented and always go the extra mile to ensure partner satisfaction.
  • Adaptable Learner: You are eager to master our European success model and translate it effectively for the U.S. market.
  • Operational overview: You enjoy helping partners implement and improve a business model, not just selling a product.

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT FROM US

  • Compensation & Benefits: We offer a highly competitive salary package featuring a flexible structure of base pay and commission.
  • Impactful Growth: As an early hire in a new market, you have a massive opportunity to develop into a sales leader and take on increased responsibilities as we scale.
  • Dynamic Culture: Join a young, fast-growing international organization with little hierarchy and plenty of room for your own initiatives.
  • Flexibility: A highly mobile role, working mainly from home or traveling to visit partners throughout Wisconsin.
  • Team Spirit: Work alongside passionate colleagues who are dedicated to mutual success.

DOCUMENTS YOU NEED TO HAND IN

  • CV

*This role requires regular travel to our partners across Wisconsin, so candidates must be based in the state.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
