Our client is looking for a Sales Manager to lead their growing sales team, drive revenue growth, and foster a culture of motivation, authenticity, and high performance.

They operate in the creative production and storytelling industry, recognized for delivering globally acclaimed content and innovative media projects that combine creativity, technology, and impact.

This position combines hands-on sales activities with leadership responsibilities. They will play a key role in shaping the company’s sales strategy while maintaining a personal portfolio of clients and prospects.


Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales agents to achieve individual and collective targets.

  • Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and support to help team members enhance their sales techniques and performance.

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship building.

  • Manage key accounts and ensure exceptional client satisfaction through consultative engagement.

  • Collaborate with leadership to develop effective sales strategies, goals, and performance metrics.

  • Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews to ensure alignment and accountability.

  • Maintain accurate sales reports and pipeline tracking through CRM systems.

  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and open communication.



Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager, Team Lead, or Senior Sales Representative with leadership responsibilities.

  • Strong ability to coach, train, and motivate a team toward achieving measurable goals.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to connect with clients and team members.

  • Demonstrated success in sales, business development, or account management.

  • Confident phone presence and strong presentation skills.

  • Self-driven, organized, and capable of managing both leadership and individual contributor tasks.

  • Professional English proficiency (spoken and written).

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred not mandatory).

  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals while managing a team.

  • Empathetic leader who leads by example and fosters team collaboration.

  • Authentic, motivated, and eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in creative, marketing, or media-related industries is a plus.
