Vermont Information Processing (VIP) is seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Analyst to join our Revenue Operations Team. This role is critical in supporting the efficiency and effectiveness of a growing sales organization. As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in VIP's go-to-market technology stack — ensuring data integrity, empowering the sales team, and independently driving meaningful operational improvements.

Position Type: Full Time, Remote.

What You'll Own:

  • Own the integrity and quality of sales data in HubSpot, including deals, pipelines, contacts, and activity records
  • Build and maintain sales enablement assets, including sequences, email templates, and quote templates
  • Fulfill ad-hoc requests from the sales team related to HubSpot workflows, reporting, and process support
  • Generate and maintain reports and dashboards related to pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and sales activity
  • Identify operational gaps or data issues, propose solutions, and implement improvements with minimal direction
  • Maintain a repository of standard sales documents, including contracts and pricing materials
  • Support quote creation as needed

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree; focus in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a related role
  • Hands-on CRM experience
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and self-direct work
  • Experience supporting a quota-carrying sales team preferred
  • HubSpot certifications are a strong plus!

Compensation: $81,600 - $96,000/year

Compensation is based on a variety of factors including skills, experience, and industry background. The range listed here represents our best faith estimate for the role.
