Whether you are driving revenue forecast or delivering ad-hoc analysis, your goal is to provide the strategic insights and operational stability for the team needs to sell successfully

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the business partner to the SMB leadership team to drive sales effectiveness and results
  • Act as a key contributor to the annual planning and forecasting cycles by auditing historical data, validating territories, and supporting the quota-setting process
  • Develop data-driven insights and recommendations on pipeline, segmentation, targeting, and sales motion
  • Own the day-to-day operational engine for the North America R&D and Quality team, managing account transitions, CRM hygiene, and BI tool troubleshooting to ensure seamless sales execution

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or Management Consulting.
  • Strategic. Able to use both data and intuition to develop simple solutions to complex issues
  • Self-starter comfortable taking initiative and working both individually and in teams
  • Have worked in a high-growth environment and prioritize time well
  • Technically savvy. Very comfortable in Excel, PowerPoint and G Suite

Nice to Have

  • Experience with BI/visualization tools

Perks & Benefits

  • Medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance
  • Flexible PTO and company paid holidays
  • Retirement programs
  • 1% charitable giving program

Compensation

  • The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
