Position Purpose

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Analyst to support our growing sales and business development teams. This role is critical to ensuring operational excellence across compensation, performance tracking, sales tools, territory management, and business development support. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a passion for optimizing sales processes and systems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Compensation & Commission Management
    Maintain and update sales compensation plans in alignment with company goals.
    Prepare and validate monthly commission calculations and reports.

  • Performance & Reporting
    Manage and enhance dashboards tracking individual and team sales performance.
    Develop and maintain Salesforce and HubSpot reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
    Track and analyze sales pipeline metrics, including conversion rates, velocity, and funnel health.
    Support deal attribution and sourcing analysis to inform strategic planning and marketing alignment.

  • Sales Team Support
    Attend regular Sales team meetings to provide operational insights and support.
    Act as a backup to the Deal Desk Manager, assisting with deal structuring and approvals.
    Support the lead-to-contract sales process, ensuring smooth handoffs, accurate data flow, and timely execution across stages.

  • Sales Tools & Systems
    Serve as an administrator for HubSpot and Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and system optimization.
    Support adoption and optimization of sales enablement tools including Clay, Gong, Consensus, and Nooks.
    Evaluate and support implementation of a future partner portal, including developing processes to measure activity and success of partner relationships.

  • Sales Process & Documentation
    Document and maintain standardized sales processes and best practices.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.
    Support development and refinement of personas and ideal customer profiles (ICP) to guide targeting and messaging strategies.

  • Territory & Data Management
    Partner with sales leadership to manage sales territories and ensure accurate rep assignments.
    Own the accuracy and maintenance of key demographic data related to territories and leads.
    Conduct whitespace analysis to identify untapped market opportunities and inform territory planning.

  • Business Development Operations
    Support the operations of the Business Development team.
    Develop reports and dashboards to track BD performance and pipeline metrics.
    Assist with project management initiatives to drive BD team efficiency and alignment.

  • Data Analysis
    Conduct ad hoc and scheduled data analysis to uncover insights and support strategic initiatives.
    Identify trends and opportunities for process improvements and sales growth.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related analytical roles.
  • Minimum 4 Year/Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and/or HubSpot administration and reporting.
  • Experience with sales enablement tools such as Clay, Gong, Consensus, and Nooks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.

  • 1-10%
