Job Summary

The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the ISC P&C Commercial Insurance's Business Development Unit, while maintaining a determined amount of production volume. This includes managing a team of Business Development Representative(BDR) have the necessary tools to perform their daily duties, and that they are on time and working from their designated and approved location. 

Position Responsibilities

  • Serve as a liaison between the Business Development team and our Salesforce consultants
  • Ensure team has the tools and training to perform their jobs effectively
  • Provide the necessary training and on-going coaching to ensure team members achieve their goals.
  • Make recommendations to improve the overall effectiveness of the team.
  • Conduct regularly on-going team meetings.
  • Manage the team toward success.
  • Review Salesforce data and other metrics to ensure BDRs are conducting agency meetings and hitting production goals.
  • Manage tradeshow participation
  • Manage allocation and performance of special campaigns.
  • Allocate tasks that reflect and align to the strategic objectives of the business 
  • Assist independent agents when necessary.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 5+ years’ previous sales and/or marketing experience
  • 1+ years experience in a supervisory or management role
  • Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
  • Experience in the commercial insurance industry

This role also offers bonus pay. Your ISC Talent Acquisition representative will share more details about the bonus component should you advance in the interview process.


The starting annual pay scale for this position is listed below. Actual starting pay will be based on factors such as skills, qualifications, training, and experience. In addition, the company offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) plan with match, paid time off, and other benefits.

ISC's salary ranges are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

National Pay Range
$98,430$123,038 USD
