Join Jellyfish's Revenue Operations team as a Deal Desk Analyst, where you'll be the critical bridge between Sales, Finance, and Legal teams. You'll own the quote-to-cash process, ensuring deal accuracy while building scalable processes that support our growth. This role offers significant growth potential and exposure to senior leadership across the organization.

What You'll Do

  • Own the complete deal review process, partnering with Sales, Finance, and Legal to structure complex enterprise agreements

  • Serve as the subject-matter expert on deal workflows, pricing, and contract terms

  • Manage our quote-to-cash process, including system administration and optimization recommendations

  • Process and validate all deal provisioning and accounts receivable coordination

  • Build and maintain data accuracy across Salesforce and related systems

  • Create standard operating procedures and drive continuous process improvements

  • Handle inbound support requests from Sales teams regarding deal structure and pricing

  • Support reporting initiatives and basic Salesforce administration

  • Take ownership of manual processes and systematically automate them

What You'll Need

  • 0-3 years of experience in sales operations, finance, or deal desk roles

  • High attention to detail with proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder processes

  • Proficiency in Salesforce and intermediate Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, formulas)

  • Strong communication skills and collaborative approach with cross-functional teams

  • Problem-solving mindset with ability to work independently on ambiguous challenges

  • Experience with CPQ systems preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
