Key Responsibilities:

General Business Operations 

  • Drive the region to meet Sales Cadence requirements (including QBRs, Big Deal Reviews, Forecasting)
  • Partner with the Regional VP to define Strategic Business Planning at the Regional level 
  • Build and maintain high-level knowledge across business areas by staying current on initiatives, challenges and opportunities across the business
  • Drive continuous improvement reviews of existing processes and tools to improve efficiency and maximize revenue
  • Assists management in tracking sales organization objectives and activities ensuring execution in a timely fashion

Forecasting & Pipeline Management

  • Drive on-time weekly sales forecast submissions 
  • Monitor and improve forecast submissions through data analysis and collaboration with sales leadership
  • Manage and enforce pipeline hygiene, including MedRICK completion and aging opportunities
  • Track and address past-due opportunities in partnership with field teams

Territory Planning & Headcount Management

  • Support territory definition and updates in collaboration with Finance and HR
  • Manage sales headcount tracking and maintain organizational charts
  • Oversee onboarding of new sales hires, including setting up email aliases and system access

Reporting & Analytics

  • Analytics Dashboard creation and maintenance
  • Provide ad-hoc analytics to support business initiatives
  • Deliver actionable insights and metrics to sales leaders to support decision-making
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across CRM, Forecasting and Tableau dashboards

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar role.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce, reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and Excel.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Operations experience in large software organizations.
  • Financial / Analytical / Operational background Process expertise.
  • Proven leadership and experience working across functional groups. 
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • An exceptional understanding of sales processes, systems, and procedures
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible and resilience under pressure
