As a Sales Recruiter, you will:  

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and facilitating the hiring and onboarding processes.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies and best practices.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates in a timely manner.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure smooth communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Create a positive candidate experience for all applicants, whether selected or not.
  • Perform other recruitment-related tasks as needed.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred 
  • 2+ years of GTM full-cycle recruiting experience with a SaaS company.
  • Extensive experience with MS Office suite of software  
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving ability  
  • Excellent interpersonal skills  
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills   
  • Strong attention to detail  
  • Unquestionable integrity and reputation for maintaining confidentiality
