We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales management, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

 

1. Lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales goals and objectives.

 

2. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

 

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.

 

4. Conduct sales forecasting and pipeline management.

 

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development.

 

6. Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to sales representatives.

 

7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.

 

Requirements:

 

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

 

2. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred.

 

3. Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management or a related field.

 

4. Proven track record of achieving sales goals and leading high-performing sales teams.

 

5. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

 

6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

 

7. Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

 

Nice to Have:

 

1. Experience with sales analytics and data visualization tools.

 

2. Knowledge of sales methodologies, such as SPIN or Challenger Selling.

 

3. Familiarity with marketing automation platforms.
