Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving both inside and outside sales efforts to meet specified sales goals. You’ll engage with new and existing customers, assist in onboarding and technical support, and contribute to business development efforts. Responsibilities:
- Drive inside and outside sales efforts to achieve sales targets
- Conduct sales calls to new and existing customers to up-sell products and services
- Identify prospects and leads, attend trade shows to build relationships
- Evaluate, analyze, and report market changes such as pricing, competition, and customer needs
- Identify specific customer needs and offer tailored solutions
- Assist customers with technical support (including testing and onboarding)
- Coordinate the completion of customer specifications for onboarding
- Generate written reports on sales progress and customer feedback
- Support business development initiatives and strategic growth efforts
- Present, negotiate, and ensure the closure of new sales, working with MenuSifu resources to support implementation
- Maintain accurate records and client contact information in Salesforce for pipeline management
- Represent the company professionally, with prompt and courteous customer interactions
- Handle high-volume sales cycles and work collaboratively with internal teams
Requirements:
- 2+ years in software, restaurant equipment sales, or credit card processing industries
- Understanding of payment merchant services and the restaurant/hospitality industry is preferred
- Experience working in a startup environment is a plus
- Ability to work on weekends occasionally as needed
- Strong negotiation and consultative solution-selling skills
- Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to travel as needed
- BS/BA degree in business, sales, or a related field is a plus
