🧭 Strategize & Execute: You’ll develop and implement winning sales strategies to identify, pursue, and close rental and sales opportunities for modular buildings.

🤝 Build Relationships That Matter: Whether it’s school administrators, architects, construction managers, or industry leaders, you’ll cultivate strong, lasting partnerships that fuel success.

📈 Drive New Business: You’ll proactively generate leads, follow up on opportunities, and turn prospects into long-term clients.

“What You’ll Do”

  • Develop new and grow existing business to increase profits for the branch/region.
  • Assist in the development of marketing plans to support sales activities.
  • Build relationships with potential customers to establish trust and rapport.
  • Develop strong relationship with manufacturers of modular buildings, as well as sub-contractors for transportation, installation and service.
  • Demonstrate product knowledge to answer customer questions and inquiries and offer solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Follow established processes in sales and implementation of the project.
  • Ensure customers receive excellent service throughout the project life.
  • Maintain accurate records in the division’s database on customer quotes, specifications and special requests; meet minimum entry requirements daily.
  • Achieve/exceed sales related quotas and goals. 
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

 

“Must Haves”

  • 3 or more years experience in sales or a sales role in the rental industry; results driven.
  • Prior experience with heavy customer focus or team-based environment
  • Effective negotiation and closing skills.
  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
  • Commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to articulate ideas in verbal, email and other written formats.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of motivation and a passion for sales.
  • Proficiency with various computer programs including Microsoft Suite, Internet and other customer databases.
  • Interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport with both customers and sales team while paying attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a process driven environment.
  • Demonstrated skills in project and time management.
  • Effective time management and able to work in a process driven environment.
  • Confident, assertive, quick-thinking and able to make decisions within established guidelines.
  • Valid Driver’s License 

 

In certain states, candidates are required to successfully obtain the HCD Commercial Coach Salesperson License within 10 weeks of their start date.

  • Prior experience in construction or other related industries.
  • Knowledge of AI as it relates to prospecting, customer management and the overall Sales process is a plus.
