About the role

Join our Corporate Impact team and help companies drive meaningful social change. We’re looking for a driven, energetic sales professional to help grow our Corporate Impact business by building strategic partnerships with CSR teams within a CENTRAL NORTH TERRITORY including MN/IA/MO/NE/KS. Our YourCause solution powers innovative corporate giving, employee engagement, and grantmaking programs. This high-impact, independent role places you at the heart of our mission: enabling companies to engage employees, support causes, and measure their social impact. Whether you're currently in a CSR role or leading corporate partnerships, this is your chance to help more companies scale their social good through innovative technology.

What you'll do

  • Drive new business by qualifying, pursuing, and closing opportunities for YourCause CSR solutions
  • Build and manage relationships with CSR leaders and decision-makers
  • Deliver compelling, ROI-focused proposals that showcase our value
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure service excellence
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and sales forecasts
  • Stay informed on CSR and employee engagement trends
  • Consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

What we're looking for

  • Relevant software sales, corporate partnerships or CSR experience
  • Proven track record in business development and growth
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Goal-oriented mindset with excellent time management
  • Experience with employee giving, employee engagement, or social impact programs is a plus
  • Passion for transforming corporate philanthropy through innovative solutions
  • Approximately 20% travel within territory is likely within the CENTRAL NORTH TERRITORY - MN/IA/MO/NE/KS

The starting base salary and annual proposed commission is $101,400.00 to $138,100.00. Blackbaud may pay more or less based on employee qualifications, market value, sales quota, Company finances, and other operational considerations.
