Sales Support Specialist
 

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to partner with our Account Executives and help drive sales growth in the single-family new construction market. This role bridges the fast-moving, relationship-focused world of sales with the precision of operations, installation, and logistics.

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare bids using material cost sheets, scopes of work, and market strategy
  • Maintain and update client programs for flooring, countertops, window coverings, and wall tile
  • Create and manage quotes, community kickoffs, floor plans, and design tool configurations
  • Produce cost/margin analyses and maintain product inventory
  • Develop and maintain support documents, design collateral, and digital forms
  • Manage client portals and ensure accurate product and project data
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and vendor partners to meet customer needs
  • Assist team members during peak workloads and contribute to process improvements

What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ year of relevant experience (2–5 years preferred for senior consideration)
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills with a bias for action
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel in particular); experience with SAP is a plus
  • Ability to organize complex information and adapt to shifting priorities
  • Residential construction industry knowledge a plus; bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
