In addition, Yondr supports top artists in music and comedy by creating phone-free shows, allowing performers and audience members to enjoy live performances without the distraction of phones.

The Sales System Administrator will help Yondr's efforts refining and building sales operations efforts while overseeing critical sales systems such as Salesforce. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Administer, configure, and optimize sales tools such as CRM, sales automation, and analytics platforms to support the sales team’s efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Supervise a Data Specialist role to support with day to day needs of Sales Operations and systems management

  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and training for sales team members to ensure proper tool utilization and adoption.

  • Maintain data accuracy, manage integrations, and generate reports to support sales performance analysis and decision-making.

  • Identify and implement improvements in sales workflows, automation, and tool functionalities to enhance productivity.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to evaluate new tools, manage licenses, and ensure system alignment with business needs.

Desirable Skills/ Experience:

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficient in using Salesforce, GSuite, Excel, Slack, Zoom. 

  • Attention to detail to ensure data processes and support. 

  • Strong communicator who is comfortable in a position collaborating with multiple teams and departments. 

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of sales experience w/Salesforce

  • Proficiency in the Salesforce Admin role

  • Proficiency and adaptability in dynamic, rapidly changing environments

  • Extensive organization skills, with the ability to work autonomously

Reports to: 

  •  Director, Education Operations and Research 

Job Location:

  •  Remote - if located in LA or NYC, the candidate will need to be onsite in our LA or NYC office 2x/week

Role Type:

  • This position is offered as a 3-6 month contract ($50/hr-$65/hr)
