Role Description.*
Job Description: As a Salesforce Administrator, you will support the Operatus Rev Ops team in delivering technical solutions for Operatus clients. The ideal candidate is someone with a sound understanding of how to deploy Salesforce solutions across an entire organization, supporting several different user groups and processes. In this role, you will work with one of our Revenue Operations Architects on approximately 3-4 concurrent projects. The Architect will gather requirements from clients and work directly with you to plan solutions, which you will then execute building. Responsibilities: High level of comfort in Sales Cloud and at least 1 year directly supporting and working closely with Sales teams Experience with CPQ Experience with integrating additional external systems to Salesforce In-depth knowledge of Salesforce’s object and data model, with the ability to speak to the standard use-cases for all standard objects Clear understanding of Salesforce roles, profiles, security settings, and sharing rules Build and manage flows, process builder processes, and workflow rules Comfort with building reports and dashboards to track user performance, activity, and systems adoption Run data exports and manage backups Experience with a wide range of Salesforce Cloud Products, as well as third-party apps from the AppExchange, is very nice to have! Requirements: 2+ years’ experience as a Salesforce Administrator Strong technical skills Salesforce Admin Certification required; plus one other from either Advanced Admin, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant

Responsibilities:

  • Work within a project team to translate user stories into Salesforce solutions.
  • Conduct training and provide support to users to ensure effective adoption of Salesforce solutions.
  • Create and update Salesforce objects, data models, roles, profiles, security settings, and sharing rules.
  • Build and manage flows, process builder processes, approval processes, and workflow rules.
  • Build reports and dashboards to track user performance, activity, and systems adoption.
  • Perform data migration, data mapping, export and import data.
  • Use Salesforce Cloud Products, as well as third-party apps from the AppExchange, as needed.
  • Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, and system configuration.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of Salesforce experience.
  • 1+ years of consulting experience.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one of the following: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Revenue Cloud or Field Service Lightning. 
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage last-minute, urgent requests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Salesforce Admin Certification, Advanced Admin or other certifications are a plus
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce configuration, including Workflow Rules, Process Builder, Flow, and Security Model.
  • The candidate is required to collaborate effectively with a global team.
  • Familiarity with Agile project management and tools like Jira, Asana, or Trello.

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with DevOps practices.
