About the role: 

We are seeking a passionate Salesforce Developer to join our Corporate Applications team who will develop in a highly automated Salesforce Platform with numerous integrations and opportunities to learn new technologies. You will work with other stakeholders, technical team members, and business analyst stakeholders to understand system requirements; you will also be able to work closely with team members to design and develop solutions to meet the needs of a fast-paced growing company.  The Salesforce Developer will streamline current automation and maintain the integrity of the data as Salesforce is the source of truth at Nintex. 

Your contribution will be:  

  • Hands on design and development of custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies.
  • Uses good judgement on the tradeoffs with technology and feasibility and makes choices that best fit the constraints of the project
  • Partner with cross-functional business teams to understand and analyze business objectives, gather and define business requirements.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems and APIs using middleware solutions.
  • Create and manage custom fields, objects, layouts, list views, triggers, user permissions, profiles, approval processes and workflows.
  • Manage Data Migration, ensure data integrity; including but not limited to deduplication and cleanup.
  • Facilitate and support testing of new features in alignment with requirements.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users and other developers. 

To be successful, we think you need:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field. 
  • 4+ years of Salesforce Experience preferably in a lightning environment
  • Experience with SF automation tools like flows, process builder and workflow rules
  • Strong expertise in Apex ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices, high-quality standards, and optimal performance.
  • Familiarity with version control tools
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools
  • Ability and interest to learn new technologies quickly
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce security model including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, permission set groups
  • Managed Package/Integration Experience (nice to have but not required) include:  Outreach, Conga, Kimble, Tableau CRM, E2CP, LeanData, ZoomInfo, NetSuite, Celigo
  • Team player who has strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
