What We'll Bring:
You’ll join our CRM program ensuring the expanded Salesforce platform at TU is a global, consistent operating platform for our Sales and Services users. You’ll work with our Salesforce Business Leads and the Enterprise Architecture to help shape the vision of what such a platform should look like, how it should interact with our other backend systems, and how to manage such a platform for success. In addition, you’ll ensure operating model adherence and make adjustments to the model as necessary to ensure the business user community is adequately supported. - Bachelor’s degree required - Computer Science, MIS or equivalent
- A minimum 4 years working on the Salesforce platform in developer capacity
- Hands on Lightning component LWC, apex programing language, Visualforce page, SOQL & SOSL, Unite Testing, API integration salesforce flows using advance techniques, secure enterprise integration experience & best practice.
- Working knowledge and experience with complex business systems integration as well as object-oriented design patterns and development
- Ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom view
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of relational databases
- Experience with web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML, etc.) a plus
- Software engineering skills with Salesforce Platform (Custom Integration of Salesforce with internal web application, Amazon Connect, Live Person, Visual Force, Canvas, Google Analytics, SOQL) or disposition to learn such technologies at fast pace.
- Experience and knowledge of relational databases, data modeling, and ETL tools.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies such as SCRUM
- A desire to work within a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-based support environment
- Experience in implementation and GO LIVE support.
- Experience on Salesforce Copado DevOps (or at least familiar with DevOps, pipeline CICD), source version control branch management.
- Experience on Copado Robotic testing script.
- Salesforce Certified Developer Certification desired.
- Knowledge of Mulesoft is desired but not required.
- Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills

You will continue to evolve the functionality and capabilities provided through the platform to our Customer Operations groups. You will bring expertise to the table to help evolve the operating model of the development team and provide guidance on Salesforce capabilities to the business community.
