We’re hiring a Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Engineer with 5–7 years of Salesforce experience and hands-on expertise implementing FSC within financial services environments (wealth management, banking, insurance, or fintech).

This role is focused on building and customizing client-centric solutions, managing complex data models, and supporting regulated business processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement solutions on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
  • Customize Account, Household, Financial Account, and Relationship models
  • Build automation using Flows, Apex, and Lightning components (LWC/Aura)
  • Configure Salesforce security model (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules)
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems (core banking, APIs, data platforms)
  • Support data migration, data quality, and governance initiatives
  • Partner with business stakeholders (advisors, relationship managers, operations)

Requirements
  • 5–7 years of Salesforce development experience
  • Hands-on experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC) (this is required)
  • Strong experience with:
    • Apex, LWC, Flows
    • Data modeling and complex relationship structures
  • Experience in financial services or regulated environments
  • Understanding of security, compliance, and sensitive financial data handling
  • Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)

Nice to Have

    • Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, FSC Accreditation)
    • Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud or MuleSoft
    • Knowledge of wealth management or banking workflows (client onboarding, KYC, portfolios, etc.)
