Summary:

We are looking to immediately engage an experienced Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant to support a portfolio of existing customer deployments as part of our CRM & CX Professional Services team.

 

This is a client-facing consulting role requiring both strong business analysis skills and hands-on Salesforce delivery experience.

Engagement & Availability:

  • Remote position
  • Open to hourly contract or full-time employment
  • 100+ hours per month expected
  • Must be available during North America business hours
  • Supporting customers primarily based in North America

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Provide Salesforce Sales Cloud consulting across multiple active customer environments
  • Lead and support business analysis activities, including:
    • Requirements gathering
    • Process mapping
    • Solution design aligned to Salesforce best practices
  • Translate business requirements into practical, scalable Salesforce solutions
  • Configure and enhance Salesforce Sales Cloud, including:
    • Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities
    • Reports and Dashboards
    • Automation (Flows, validation rules, approvals, etc.)
  • Deliver system changes end-to-end, including:
    • Configuration and light technical delivery
    • Testing and deployment
    • Documentation and client walkthroughs
  • Collaborate with internal consultants, project managers, and technical resources
  • Support ongoing managed service engagements and incremental enhancements

 

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant (not admin-only)
  • Strong consulting and client-facing experience within a professional services environment
  • Demonstrated ability to operate at a business analyst / functional consultant level
  • Hands-on Salesforce configuration and delivery experience
  • Experience supporting multiple client environments simultaneously
  • Salesforce certifications (Sales Cloud–related certifications required)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

 

Nice to have/ Plus:

  • Experience with Conga (CPQ, Contracts, Composer)
  • Experience with Salesforce ERP integrations
  • Familiarity with additional Salesforce ecosystem products
  • Prior experience working in managed services or long-term support engagements
