Solution Architects align customer value and outcomes throughout strategy, sales and delivery of Salesforce solutions through ensuring customer success and driving significant business value. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering programs and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical clients and internal teams.

What will I be doing?
- Architect a detailed solution tailored to customers' goals, taking into account their current and future-state environment
- Effectively communicate and present the design, positive impacts, and limitations of proposed solutions to customers
- Approach each customer as a unique customer, ensuring that their environment, skill set, internal processes, and business structure are accounted for in overall designs
- Lead the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation
- Act as a release manager, approving configuration and coded items to be deployed between environments. Where appropriate, this could include deploying changes.
- Lead technical design sessions; architect and document technical solutions that are aligned with customer business objectives
- Collaborate with your team and customers to create prototypes and proofs of concept as a means of eliciting and defining requirements
- Groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog, in liaison with stakeholders on the project
- Be the subject matter authority for the Salesforce solution being delivered for the customer, leading product, technology and business teams
- Lead and facilitate project meetings, providing project status report to management, assisting in test scenarios and validating results
- Design and lead the execution of test plans to ensure a quality solution is delivered and demonstrate technical thought leadership
- Ensure documentation of the steps for testing
- Supervise the configuration, quality assurance, testing, and deployment of Salesforce
Minimum Salesforce certified:
- Administrator
- Sales Cloud Consultant
- Service Cloud Consultant
- Platform App Builder
What Technical Skills/Education do I need?
- 4-year Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or equivalent
- 4+ years Salesforce implementation experience in a technical or functional role
- Professional Services experience
- 2+ years leading technical engagements with a program management or architectural responsibilities
- Experience presenting and gaining buy-in within multiple organizational levels including the C-suite
- Previous experience as a solution/sales engineer for a professional services company
- Salesforce Architecture certifications
- Active in the Salesforce community
- Ability to demonstrate the value of core Salesforce product offerings
