KATBOTZ LLC is seeking a highly experienced SAP Accounts Receivable Consultant with 10+ years of professional experience to join our team. This role focuses on driving SAP AR implementations, optimizing end-to-end receivables processes, and ensuring seamless financial operations for global clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Development Cycle Management: Lead all phases of the SAP AR development lifecycle, including requirement gathering, process design, configuration, unit testing, UAT support, training, and post-go-live stabilization.
  • Implementation Leadership: Architect and implement robust SAP AR solutions to streamline billing, collections, dispute management, credit processes, and cash application.
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship: Guide and mentor functional teams working on AR deliverables, ensuring high-quality outputs aligned with business expectations.
  • Advisory & Consulting: Provide expert advisory services to improve AR processes, enhance cash flow, strengthen controls, and align with industry best practices.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across Finance, Controlling, Sales, and Integration to build AR solutions that integrate effectively with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
  • Configuration & Enhancement: Oversee configuration, customization, and continuous improvements of AR components while ensuring compliance with global standards.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze AR data to support decision-making, improve reporting accuracy, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies to validate system changes and maintain data integrity.
  • User Enablement: Deliver training, prepare documentation, and provide ongoing user support to maximize adoption and system utilization.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate with stakeholders, track deliverables, mitigate risks, and ensure projects are delivered on schedule.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable or AR consulting with strong exposure to SAP.
  • Proven track record leading SAP AR implementations and process optimizations.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP AR functionalities, integration points, and financial best practices.

Preferred Skills & Qualification

  • Advanced degree (MBA) or professional certifications (CPA, CMA, CIMA).
  • Experience with SAP AR integration across FI, CO, SD, and external systems.
  • Deep expertise in collections, credit management, disputes, dunning, and AR reporting.
  • Demonstrated project leadership experience on large-scale implementations.
  • Excellent communication, client management, and strategic planning skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
