Job Description


ITGoals is seeking a SAP Business Applications Lead to join our team. This role is responsible for the planning, design, implementation, enhancement, and support of SAP Success Factors (HCM) solutions, while leading business application projects and initiatives across the organization.



Key Accountabilities

1- Operations Management

●  Lead SAP SuccessFactors implementations within the HCM domain

●  Manage and support HR business applications on a day-to-day basis

●  Perform system analysis, configuration, and solution design

●  Drive business process improvement and system optimization

●  Ensure compliance with IT policies and information security standards



2- Post-Implementation

●  Monitor system performance and ensure continuous improvement

●  Identify and resolve system issues and operational challenges

●  Enhance system usage and user adoption



3- Documentation

●  Maintain functional, configuration, and user documentation

●  Ensure all documents are updated and aligned with system changes



4- People & Project Management

●  Lead and support Business Applications Analysts

●  Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders

●  Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams



Job Specifications

●  Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, IT, or related field

●  6–8+ years of experience in SAP / ERP implementation

●  5+ years in SAP SuccessFactors with full lifecycle experience

●  Proven experience in a Lead or Senior role

●  Strong hands-on experience with Employee Central (mandatory)

●  Experience in at least 2–3 modules (LMS, Compensation, Recruiting, Performance, etc.)

●  SAP SuccessFactors certification is preferred
