You oversee the lifecycle of diverse, interdependent, cross-functional, multiple projects through a set of practices and a release plan. This includes disparate scope, resource dependencies, cross-project alignment, deployment planning, release execution and transparent reporting of release results for SAP and SAP-Integrated projects.
How you will contribute
You will oversee the operational responsibilities required to deliver projects and software releases following MDLZ best practices in Project governance and release governance, including project scope, review and approval, release-level RAID management, TG approvals, release governance boards and final preparation for project and release go-lives. In this role, you will conduct alignment sessions with senior leaders and other stakeholders to confirm that release schedules are aligned to business goals and then communicate the release roadmap to broader internal and external stakeholders. You will use your 8-12 years of project delivery and governance experience in software delivery lifecycle of SAP projects to influence leadership and projects.

Job Requirements
- 8 years of relevant experience in SAP WMS / TM
- Successful completion of two full implementation cycles in S/4 HANA
- Proficient in SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management)
- Understanding of TMS (Transportation Management Solution)
- Align the scope of the solution working closely with the Design & Build Teams and ensure that the business requirements are met.
- Evaluate the solution provided by the Design & Build team, along a catalog of defined criteria. This can result in the approval of the solution or alternatives to improve the solutions of the sign-off.
- Will be the central channel to SAP when SAP assistance is needed in evaluating designs, solution alternatives or projects and work closely with the MaxAttention team.
- With the UAT Test and sign-off and all the defects resolved you will evaluate the solution readiness to ensure no risks and give the approval to the implementation team to deploy the solution.
- Ensure well-defined solution testing strategy is established during the design phase, working collaboratively with the project implementation team. It will also act as a liaison between SAP MaxAttention or third-party vendors to facilitate critical incident resolution.
- Lead governance and relationship with SAP as partner, including budgeting and estimations for specific SAP solutions.
- Experience in highly scalable projects working with different countries.
- Advanced English is required.
