KATBOTZ LLC is seeking highly skilled SAP RTR (Record to Report) Analyst with over 3+ years of professional experience to join our dynamic team, focusing on optimizing and enhancing SAP RTR processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Process Management: Manage and oversee the entire Record to Report process within SAP, including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, financial closing activities, and reporting.
  • Implementation Leadership: Lead the design and implementation of SAP RTR solutions, ensuring adherence to accounting standards and organizational policies while enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Conduct thorough analysis of financial data to support strategic decision-making, generating reports and dashboards that provide insights into financial performance.
  • Internal Controls: Design, implement, and monitor internal controls related to the RTR process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and minimizing risks.
  • Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with finance, accounting, and IT teams to align on business requirements, streamline processes, and integrate systems effectively.
  • System Configuration and Enhancement: Direct the configuration and customization of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) components to enhance RTR functionalities, ensuring seamless integration with related modules.
  • Data Accuracy and Integrity: Ensure high levels of data accuracy and integrity within the RTR process by conducting regular audits and reconciliations.
  • User Training and Support: Develop training materials and deliver training sessions to finance teams on SAP RTR functionalities, promoting best practices and effective utilization of the system.
  • Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Serve as a subject matter expert, addressing system-related issues and implementing solutions to optimize RTR processes.
  • Project Management: Manage projects related to RTR improvements, ensuring timely delivery, compliance with budget constraints, and alignment with strategic objectives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • 3+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles with solid experience in SAP RTR processes and functionalities.
  • Comprehensive understanding of financial reporting, accounting principles, and RTR best practices.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications


  • Advanced degree (MBA) or professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA).
  • Proficiency in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules.
  • Experience with financial closing processes and reporting tools, including dashboards and financial analysis software.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated project management experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
