The Opportunity:

Join CACI as an experienced SAP S/4 Solution Architect supporting a major Federal Supply Chain Management program. In this high‑impact role, you will shape enterprise‑wide transformation across supply chain, procurement, finance, and logistics domains. You’ll work directly with senior stakeholders, influence SAP roadmap decisions, lead architecture strategy, and guide teams through hands‑on design, development, and integration of cutting‑edge SAP S/4HANA solutions.

Responsibilities:

Transformation Strategy & Leadership

  • Drive alignment of business processes across finance, supply chain, procurement, and transportation domains through proactive stakeholder engagement.

  • Translate customer needs into fit‑to‑standard SAP S/4 business process designs.

  • Configure SAP systems hands‑on to support demonstrations and implementation activities.

  • Clearly articulate strategic challenges and present practical, actionable solution options.

  • Develop high‑impact SAP S/4 strategy roadmap presentations, including cloud options such as RISE with SAP and on‑premise hosting models.

  • Collaborate closely with SAP Public Sector and SAP NS2 experts to influence and align SAP product roadmaps.

  • Participate in senior stakeholder discussions to understand upcoming initiatives and ensure design decisions reflect enterprise vision.

Architecture

  • Partner with enterprise and solution architects to define the SAP S/4HANA ERP ecosystem, including SAP BW/4HANA, SAC, SAP BTP, Cloud Integration, and CI/CD DevSecOps pipelines.

  • Provide leadership on architecture standards, governance, and emerging technology adoption.

  • Define integration architecture across 3PL/drop‑ship fulfillment, consignment, EDI, and external platforms.

  • Lead and conduct architecture reviews to validate alignment with future‑state target architecture.

Product Management

  • Support creation of a unified 5‑year SAP S/4 solution baseline spanning architecture, COTS selection, applications, infrastructure, and SAP product direction.

  • Promote DevSecOps principles and test automation across the program.

  • Lead market research, alternatives analysis (AoA), demonstrations, installation, development, implementation, deployment, and sustainment activities.

Data Management

  • Partner with data architects to mature enterprise data management and governance strategy.

  • Champion data stewardship, cleansing, and master data management initiatives.

  • Design and support SAP data migration strategies and execution approaches.

Operations & Project Management

  • Provide strategic guidance on prioritizing business requirements and enhancements.

  • Recommend long‑term roadmaps for enterprise applications, integrations, and upgrades.

  • Guide architecture implementation, solution optimization, and post‑go‑live improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.

Qualifications:
Required: 

  • U.S. Citizenship required, with the ability to pass NACI/NACLC screenings and obtain a Secret clearance.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 15 years of related professional experience, including 5+ years of SAP S/4HANA development/implementation.

  • Hands‑on experience with SAP HANA 2.0, HANA DB, SAP PO, SAP BTP, BPM, SOA, Web Services, BI, and Federal/DoD business processes.

  • Strong background in SAP S/4HANA architecture, requirements analysis, solution design, and RICEFW development/integration.

  • Experience across end‑to‑end supply chain and procurement solution configuration.

  • Deep familiarity with Agile methodologies.

  • Expertise with multi‑tier enterprise architectures and legacy modernization.

  • Strong authoring and presentation skills for senior stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated experience leading teams of technical and functional consultants.

Desired:

  • Knowledge of cloud platforms and modern hosting technologies.

  • Understanding of SAP’s evolving roadmap, including RISE with SAP and BTP services.

  • Experience designing modern UI5/Fiori user interfaces.

  • Relevant certifications such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP Enterprise Architect, or related credentials.

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$98,500-$206,800
