Deliver remote, interactive SAT Math lessons (Algebra, Geometry, Data Analysis, Advanced Math); run mock tests, analyze results, create tailored lesson plans, teach test strategies, track progress, and motivate students.
This is a remote position.
We are looking for a Remote SAT Math Instructor to help students excel in the Math section of the SAT. You will deliver engaging online lessons, provide personalized support, and prepare students with the skills and strategies to achieve their best scores.
- Teach SAT Math topics like Algebra, Geometry, Data Analysis, and Advanced Math in an engaging and interactive way.
- Conduct personalized one-on-one or small-group sessions based on individual learning needs.
- Prepare and administer mock tests to simulate real SAT exams and analyze results to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and update lesson plans, practice materials, and teaching resources tailored to the SAT Math syllabus.
- Teach test-taking strategies, including time management and problem-solving techniques.
- Provide detailed feedback and track students’ progress to guide their improvement.
- Motivate and support students to build confidence and achieve their goals.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 2+ years of previous experience teaching or tutoring SAT Math with proven success in improving students’ scores.
- Technology Skills: Proficiency in online teaching tools like Zoom, interactive whiteboards, and digital resources.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to explain concepts clearly and keep students engaged.
- Organization: Ability to manage multiple students and adapt lessons to their needs.
- Technical Setup: A reliable internet connection, a quiet and professional teaching environment, and a computer with a webcam and microphone.
- Availability: Flexible schedule to accommodate students, including mornings, evenings, weekdays, and weekends.
