Seattle, WA (onsite 3 days/week)
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing Scrum teams in a delivery environment
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification or equivalent
- Demonstrated knowledge of agile methodologies
- Proven track record of program/project management skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in presenting to stakeholder audiences across all levels
- Experience working through complex and ambiguous client projects
- Prior consulting experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Facilitate agile practices and ensure that Scrum teams effectively deliver value to clients
- Work closely with product owners, team members, and stakeholders to ensure Scrum ceremonies—such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews—are well-organized and productive
- Help remove obstacles that may impede the team's progress and foster an environment of continuous improvement
- Track and report on team performance through metrics like burn-down charts and sprint reviews, ensuring that project goals are met and that the team is aligned with client expectations
- Work hands-on with multiple teams if needed, guiding them in agile methodologies, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth communication between all stakeholders
- Be the agile subject matter expert and drive team collaboration and efficiency in order to deliver quality outcomes in each sprint
Compensation
- For WA Residents: The base compensation range for this position is $70-$75 per hour depending on experience
