Job Description:

Fast paced, dynamic environment which emphasizes quality and responsiveness to customers and a passion for IT Service Management. The candidate will be part of a team that has a solution for ITSM technology automation and service delivery. Key responsibilities focus on the development of the System Center Service Manager platform

System Center Service Manager Developer

• Understanding of Microsoft Management Platforms and roadmaps.

• Understanding of Microsoft Technology stack.                                                               

• SCSM & Orchestrator

Administration                                                                                                                     

• Experience with System Center Operations Manager.

• Solid understanding of Microsoft System Center 2012 components with a strong focus on Service Manager and how it integrates with the other suite components.

• Service Manager Authoring, in combination with designing and integrating with run books in Orchestrator.                   

• Experience in Orchestrator integration packs.

• Experience in Model / class based architecture in SCSM / SCOM 

• 3+ years PowerShell / Scripting experience.                                                                                                

• Configure connectors and integrate products such as Orchestrator, Operations Manager, Active Directory, Configuration Manager and SharePoint with Service Manager.

• Support the organization’s change management policy, practice and methodology.

• Integration of third-party web front for Service Manager.                                                                                

• Exceptional documentation skills (design, systems, processes and procedures).

• Must possess the ability to work independently with minimal management supervision and as part of global team of service engineers.

• ITIL basics and how Service Manager supports these processes.

• ITSM and ITL Framework.
