Job Description

Job Description:

Support Microsoft Surface team in the verification of software, firmware and drivers for video capture. 
Testing in support of verification includes driver stability, HLK, application compatibility and E2E scenario testing. 
The successful candidate will have good oral and written communication skills, be detail oriented following test procedures and reporting results and have experience with C/C++ and/or scripting. 
The candidate will apply their knowledge and experience to document reliable and repeatable test cases for bugs including capturing debug logs and first level root cause investigation.



Qualifications

⦁ 1-3 plus years software testing experience
⦁ 1 year development using a Microsoft product.
⦁ Solid knowledge of software quality assurance practices.
⦁ Ability to read logical and physical data model diagrams.
⦁ Ability to read and write C/C++ required.
⦁ Knowledge of personal computer hardware related to video capture is preferred.
