Six-month remote SDR internship focused on outbound cold calling US marketing and customer support leaders, using LinkedIn and AI-driven email sequencing. Own end-to-end opportunity creation, maintain HubSpot pipeline, book meetings for founders, and learn sales cycles by sitting in on discovery calls and demos.
This is a remote position.
This is a 6-month SDR internship for someone at the start of their career who wants to learn enterprise tech sales by actually doing it - not by watching. You'll build the pipeline that Account Executives close.
What you'll actually do
- Pick up the phone. Cold calling US decision-makers is the core of this job, not a side activity. Daily call blocks, in US hours, to CX, Support, and Marketing leaders who didn't ask to hear from you. Most of the craft you'll build here is on the phone.
- Work LinkedIn as your second channel. Personalized connection notes, DMs, and smart commenting to the same buyers - manual, thoughtful, yours.
- Let the machines do the email. We've built AI-powered research and sequencing systems that run the email layer largely on autopilot. You direct them; you don't hand-type sequences all day.
- Own opportunity creation end to end. Research target accounts, find the right buyer, work them across call + LinkedIn + email, book the meeting.
- Sit in on real discovery calls and demos. You'll watch the meetings you booked get run by the people who close them, and learn the full cycle from inside.
- Keep the pipeline honest in HubSpot. Notes, next steps, stage updates. Boring but non-negotiable.
How the process starts
The moment you apply, you'll get an email from us with a short assignment - completing it is the first stage of this process. We only interview candidates who complete the assignment, so check your inbox (and spam) right after applying.
Requirements
Who you are
- Willing to dial. Here's the honest filter: most people want outbound to be an automation job. It isn't. If calling a VP in Texas who doesn't know you makes you a bit nervous and a bit excited, keep reading. If it only makes you nervous, this role will make you miserable - and that's fine, it's not for everyone.
- Disciplined. Call blocks happen every day whether yesterday went well or not. We'd rather see evidence of a boring routine you've kept for months than a burst of brilliance.
- At the start of your career - a fresh graduate or up to ~2 years in. No sales experience required. Hunger and coachability matter more than your resume.
- Genuinely curious about AI. You've played with AI tools on your own, or you badly want to. You'll be working with AI agents from week one.
- You write well. Clear, specific, human - your LinkedIn touches and email direction still live or die on it.
- Fine with US-overlap hours. The buyers are awake when India is having dinner. That's the job.
- You want a career in tech sales. Top performers in this cohort earn a shot at a closing (AE) track with us.
Benefits
- 6-month internship, India-remote, with the possibility of converting full-time
- Stipend: INR 30,000/month + meetings-booked incentive
- Working hours substantially overlap US time zones - this is a live-dialing role, so expect India evening/night shifts
- Top performers of the cohort earn a shot at a junior AE (closing) track
- You'll work with AI-powered research and sequencing systems from week one
