Genius Agency AI is looking for driven and ambitious Sales Development Representatives (SDR) to join our team on a commission-only basis. In this unique opportunity, you will leverage your sales skills to create and qualify leads while enjoying the flexibility of working independently. Responsibilities
  • Identify and research new sales leads through various channels.
  • Engage with potential clients via cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.

  • Track all interactions and maintain an organized database in our CRM system.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a commission-driven environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills for building relationships with prospects.
  • Strong research and lead generation abilities.

  • Adept at managing time effectively and working independently.
