The SE Enablement Lead is a pivotal role designed to empower and equip Saviynt's internal pre-sales engineering team with the skills, knowledge, and resources required to effectively showcase the value of Saviynt’s solutions. This individual will be responsible for developing and delivering targeted enablement programs that enhance the technical acumen and sales capabilities of our pre-sales engineers, ensuring they are well-prepared to support the sales process, address technical challenges, and meet the evolving needs of our customers and market.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Enablement Program Development: Design, develop, and implement comprehensive enablement programs focused on technical product knowledge, sales skills, and market insights for Saviynt's pre-sales engineers.
  • Content Curation and Management: Create and maintain a repository of up-to-date, engaging, and effective training materials, technical guides, and sales tools specifically designed for pre-sales engineering use.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Product Management, Product Marketing, Sales Engineering, Field CTOs,  Learning Services, and Sales Leadership to gather the latest product updates, market trends, and sales strategies to incorporate into the enablement programs.
  • Technical Training and Certification: Coordinate and deliver technical training sessions, workshops, and certification programs to ensure pre-sales engineers have a deep understanding of Saviynt's products and solutions, as well as the technical competence to engage in high-level technical discussions with prospects.
  • Tool Enablement and Sales Resource Development: Ensure SEs are empowered with effective and up-to-date sales tools, including demos, instances, and demo scripts, to enhance their ability to sell Saviynt’s solutions. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to keep these resources up-to-date and relevant, enabling SEs to deliver compelling and technically accurate demonstrations to prospects.
  • Performance Measurement: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the sales engineering enablement initiatives, making adjustments as needed to align with sales and business objectives.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a sales engineering, technical sales enablement, or a similar role within an identity technology company.
  • Deep understanding of the pre-sales engineering role and the sales cycle in a technology context.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales enablement programs for technical sales teams.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Experience with sales enablement tools and platforms, and learning management systems (LMS).
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
