📌 About the Position:

The SEO Analyst will support the execution and optimization of SEO strategies across a diverse client portfolio. This role is focused on hands-on implementation, reporting, and collaboration with internal teams to enhance organic visibility. You’ll work closely with other digital marketing experts to ensure SEO efforts align with broader campaign goals and client success.

This role reports to a member of the SEO leadership team. The salary range for this position is $40,000 – $60,000, based on experience.

💥 Your Impact:

SEO Implementation:
You’ll execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO tasks to support client goals and improve search engine performance.

Performance Monitoring:
You’ll use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush to track key performance indicators and gather insights.

Cross-Team Collaboration:
You’ll partner with content strategists, web developers, and media teams to ensure seamless execution of SEO best practices.

Site Health & Audits:
You’ll assist with technical audits, identify crawl errors or indexing issues, and help resolve performance blockers.

Keyword & Metadata Support:
You’ll support keyword research and optimization of metadata to increase visibility and align with content strategies.

Reporting & Recommendations:
You’ll contribute to SEO performance reports and provide actionable insights to internal teams and clients.

Continuous Learning:
You’ll stay up-to-date on search trends, algorithm changes, and tools to keep our strategies cutting-edge.

Requirements
✅ Requirements
  • 1–2 years of experience in SEO or digital marketing (internships or academic projects welcome!)
  • Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website architecture as it relates to SEO
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with attention to detail
  • Experience working with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) is a plus
  • Interest in learning how SEO supports integrated digital campaigns and business goals
