Our Sales leader, for the Puppet team at Perforce is searching for a Senior Account Executive to join the team. The Senior Account Executive at Perforce will be a seasoned professional with a strong comprehensive understanding of various sales processes and internal strategies. This role will be primarily strategic in nature, focusing on project management and facilitating the achievement of successful outcomes for sales initiatives. The Senior Account Executive will be involved in a diverse array of general sales responsibilities, including managing client relationships and advanced crafting and executing of sales policies.
Responsibilities:
- Manage key accounts and high-value client relationships
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies
- Lead complex sales negotiations and close high-value deals
- Contribute to the development of sales policies and procedures
- Collaborate with marketing to align strategies and messaging
- Analyze market trends and provide insights to inform sales strategies
- May be required to support additional products/brands as required.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Sales or a related field
- Proven Federal Sales experience, with a focus on selling to U.S. federal government agencies and systems integrators.
- Sales experience focusing on federal government agencies and systems integrators.
- Advanced proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Strong project management skills
- In-depth knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Experience in strategic account planning and management
