The Role
 

VideoAmp is seeking a Senior Account Manager, Digital to own client relationships and drive measurable outcomes across our platform business. This role is ideal for a seasoned digital media professional with deep expertise in programmatic, ad tech, and digital partnerships, and a track record of building trust with digital publisher partners.

You will serve as a strategic advisor to clients, champion best-in-class service standards, and deepen VideoAmp's footprint across the digital ecosystem.

 
What You'll Do
 
  • Serve as a strategic point of contact for digital partners such as Amazon, Snap, Meta, and Yahoo, translating VideoAmp's measurement capabilities into actionable value for their specific workflows and KPIs.
  • Create a strong vision of client service and establish best practices that consistently drive value for clients across VideoAmp's platform offerings.
  • Manage and monitor ongoing client support, ensuring high-quality delivery and proactive communication across all active accounts.
  • Foster deep relationships with digital partners through continued mastery of VideoAmp's product offerings and key differentiators.
  • Understand and align on multi-level KPIs; formulate and execute strategies to meet and exceed both client and team goals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Data Science, and Marketing Science to surface client feedback, shape product priorities, and ensure seamless implementation.
 
What You'll Bring
 
  • 5+ years of experience in interactive online media planning and buying or account management in the ad tech industry, with experience in managed or self-service DSP environments.
  • Established relationships and direct experience working with digital partners such as Amazon, Snap, Meta, and Yahoo, with a strong understanding of their measurement priorities, buying workflows, and partnership dynamics.
  • Expertise managing campaigns of varying sizes and goals across major DSPs; experience working with SSPs on the digital partner side is a strong plus.
  • Previous Ad Operations experience and fluency in programmatic media buying technology and platforms.
  • Ad agency, DSP, or in-house brand marketing experience highly valued.
  • Linear TV buying experience preferred, a meaningful differentiator as VideoAmp bridges the digital and linear measurement worlds.
  • Proven track record of direct client account management with measurable outcomes.
  • Strong proficiency in Keynote, PowerPoint, and Excel; comfort building and presenting client-facing materials independently.
  • Strong work ethic and autonomous initiative; thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Base Salary
$100,000 to $115,000 (commensurate with experience)
