What you’ll do
Own the end-to-end relationship for a portfolio of clients, ensuring retention and strong stakeholder trust.
Manage renewals and support moderate growth opportunities within defined commercial frameworks.
Guide Project Managers to ensure smooth delivery and consistent quality across engagements.
Monitor account health, revenue performance, and provide forecasting inputs to senior leadership.
Identify and resolve risks early, acting as the main point of escalation for your accounts.
Translate customer goals into clear, structured creative programs.
Use performance data and insights to support QBRs and renewal conversations.
Maintain a strong understanding of Superside’s services to identify value-driving opportunities.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on delivery and account strategy.
What you'll need to succeed
5+ years of experience in account management or client services within creative, digital, or professional services environments.
Experience managing and retaining client accounts with ownership of renewals.
Ability to lead commercial conversations within defined pricing and deal structures.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working with senior clients.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution.
Experience working with cross-functional teams such as Project Managers and Producers.
Comfort using data to inform account decisions and forecasting.
Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to connect delivery to business outcomes.
