The Corporate Accounting team at CoreWeave supports accurate and timely financial reporting for a fast-growing, global company. This team is responsible for consolidations, intercompany accounting, and compliance with GAAP and international reporting standards. We collaborate across functions—treasury, tax, legal, FP&A, and corporate development—to ensure operational and financial alignment at the entity level and support strategic growth.
About the Role:As the Senior Accountant, Consolidation and Intercompany Accounting, you’ll play a critical role in managing our monthly and quarterly consolidation processes across global entities. You will ensure proper accounting for intercompany transactions, support eliminations, and provide key reporting for both internal and external stakeholders. This role supports the company’s ongoing compliance, expansion, and reporting accuracy as we scale.
In this role, you will:
Assist with global consolidations, including intercompany eliminations and foreign currency translation.
Record, reconcile, and document all intercompany billings, loans, and settlements.
Support the financial integration of new entities, legal entity setups, and dissolutions.
Collaborate with tax and treasury on transfer pricing, FX, and intercompany loans.
Prepare subsidiary and consolidated financial statements, including audit support.
Drive improvements in automation, documentation, and internal controls for intercompany and consolidation activities.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on consolidations and intercompany transactions.
Strong understanding of GAAP and/or IFRS, intercompany eliminations, and financial reporting requirements.
Experience with multi-entity accounting and foreign currency considerations.
Proficient in preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; capable of working across time zones.
Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification (or in progress).
Experience with NetSuite and FloQast (or similar close management software).
Exposure to international entities and cross-border accounting workflows.

The base pay and target total cash for this position range from $98,000 to $143,000 and $108,000 to $157,000, accordingly. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position includes a discretionary bonus, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Our Workplace
While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
