SmarTek21 is looking for a high-performing Account Executive with experience selling Managed IT Services to SMB and mid-market organizations across the United States. The ideal candidate is a hunter who enjoys building relationships, generating new business, and managing the full sales cycle
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities.
- Build relationships with executives, IT leaders, and business owners.
- Sell managed IT services, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, networking, backup and disaster recovery, Microsoft 365, and Azure solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation and closing.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts in Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Collaborate with technical pre-sales and delivery teams.
Required Qualifications
- Experience
- 8-10 years of B2B technology sales experience. At least 5 years selling Managed IT Services or related IT solutions.
- Managed Services Sales
- Proven success selling Managed Services or recurring technology services.
- Revenue Track Record
- Demonstrated success achieving sales quotas.
- Solution Portfolio
- Experience with recurring revenue (MSP, SaaS, cloud, or cybersecurity).
- Executive Presence
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Business Outcomes
- Ability to translate business challenges into measurable technology outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in MSP, Cybersecurity, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, AWS, Network Infrastructure, Help Desk/Service Desk, Backup & Disaster Recovery, and SOC/NOC Services.
