The Role

At Simon Data, Senior AI Campaign Manager are the tip of the spear in transforming how leading brands connect with their customers. You’ll be at the forefront of revolutionizing marketing campaigns through AI—turning data into impactful, personalized experiences at scale. You’ll guide clients through strategy, testing, and ongoing optimization of high-value campaigns while harnessing the power of Simon’s AI suite. You’re not just advising—you’re embedding as a strategic partner to unlock new revenue streams through audience discovery, campaign refinement, and smarter orchestration.

What You’ll Do
  • Be the AI Thought Leader: Continuously explore and evaluate new AI technologies and vendors to ensure Simon remains a trailblazer in marketing innovation.

  • Accelerate Onboarding Value: Support use case ideation during onboarding to ensure clients unlock value from day one.

  • Drive Strategic Outcomes: Advise on optimizing campaign strategies using Simon’s AI to deliver incremental ROI through smarter audience segmentation, creative optimization, and journey orchestration.

  • Lead with Influence: Spearhead the planning and execution of AI-powered, omnichannel campaigns that drive personalization at scale.

  • Mentor and Uplift Teams: Cultivate AI fluency across cross-functional teams while encouraging a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision-making.

  • Act as an Extension of the Client Team: Provide end-to-end support on campaign strategy, audience scoping, and execution guidance.

  • Bridge Strategy and Tech: Advise clients on how Simon fits within their martech and data stack, and how to operationalize use cases that drive impact.

  • Play the Expert in New Business Conversations: Represent Simon in pre-sales and discovery calls, sharing best-in-class use cases and industry trends from top B2C brands.

  • Diagnose and Solve: Address complex challenges at the intersection of data, marketing, and technology with senior stakeholders (CMOs, CTOs, VPs) at F1000 and fast-growing companies.

  • Shape Product Evolution: Collaborate closely with product, engineering, sales, and client success teams to influence Simon’s AI roadmap based on real customer needs.

  • Be the Voice of the Customer: Translate client feedback into actionable insights to shape the future of Simon’s AI capabilities.

What You Bring
  • Experience: 5+ years in campaign strategy, martech, or AI-driven innovation—3+ years specifically advising or executing marketing programs.

  • AI Fluency: Demonstrated knowledge of AI/ML applications in marketing, personalization, and campaign performance optimization.

  • Strategic Impact: A proven track record of improving campaign ROI and delivering measurable marketing wins.

  • Technical Acumen: Familiarity with SQL, APIs, SDKs, and navigating complex data models to bridge business and technical goals.

  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Experience partnering with enterprise clients, understanding their needs, and crafting solutions that drive business value.

  • Strong Communicator: Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage executive stakeholders and internal teams alike.

  • Self-Starter & Team Player: Able to independently drive projects while collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.

  • Curious and Analytical: Naturally inquisitive, data-driven, and excited to explore new solutions and ideas that push the envelope.

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree required; technical majors (e.g., Computer Science, Data Analytics) are a plus.

In compliance with the state and city salary transparency requirements, the potential salary for this position is from $130,000 to $150,000 which represents a range commensurate with experience.
